The design phase of the works includes the performance of a wide range of activities:
- Design activity energy, plant engineering, structural, technological and architectural;
- Drafting of energy relationship ex. L. n. 10/1991 ;
- Drafting and detailed definition of the metric calculation Estimate of the works and interventions from
create and supply the materials necessary for this purpose; - Activity of safety coordination during the planning and drafting of the safety and coordination plan;
- Drafting and presentation to the competent bodies of the authorization documents (Which Superbonus 110%)
together with the related technical project reports attached; - Drafting of the necessary documentation to support the credit assignment
of tax; - Definition of the entire project economic framework with possible recalculation of the evaluations
economic differentiated according to the tax benefit provided by law and/or the duration of the tax relief regime, with analytical detail of the expenditure for each condominium; - Assistance and consultancy activities in favor of the condominium administration for the purpose of
coordination of the extraordinary assembly convened for the resolution of the start of the works; - Stipulation of the tender contract;
- Individualization of any subcontractor companies;
- Assistance and consultancy activities in favor of the client for the purpose of subcontracting authorization
the execution of the works and interventions referred to in art. 119, Legislative Decree n. 34/2020; - Signing of the subcontract contract;
- Request for occupation of public land;
Once the design phase of the works has been completed, the time is ripe for the start of the works and the state-of-the-art realization of the interventions according to the needs and wishes expressed by individual customers.
